Refund Policy

At HOLA, we pride ourselves on crafting high-quality, handmade leather coffee boxes that are customized to each customer"s specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, please be aware of the following refund policy:

Customized Products:

Once payment is made for a customized leather coffee box, refunds are not accepted. Each product is carefully handcrafted to order, making it unique to your specifications.

Non-Customized Products:

If you have purchased a non-customized item and it has not yet been shipped, you may request a refund. Once the item has been shipped, refunds are no longer available.

Shipped and Delivered Items:

Once an item has been shipped and delivered, it cannot be refunded. This applies to both customized and non-customized products.

Defects and Issues:

If you receive a product with any defects, please contact PARK LANE immediately. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or an alternative resolution suggested by HOLA.
